This passion grew and eventually led him to an educational career where he studied Criminal Justice. While studying at Mount San Antonio College, Mustafa developed a second love, which was sports, specifically Basketball. Eventually, he would go on to become a professional basketball player and travel country wide.

 

Although he experienced the world as an traveling professional basketball player, his desire to help at risk urban communities led him back to Compton California.

There he became an active advocate for at risk youth and partnered with Stop The Violence Foundation, where he has actively been recognized as a “Gang Intervention Specialist” for well over 30 years to date.

 

Mustafa has over 38 years of verifiable experience in multiple arms of law enforcement to include, but not limited to:

  • Security Supervisor

  • Security Consultant

  • Entertainment & Event Security Director

  • Executive Protection Specialist & Trainer

  • Private Investigator

 

As a result of his nearly 40 years of dedication to teaching, providing, and enforcing law enforcement, Mustafa has been honored by institutes like:

  • The American College Cricket ‘Hall of Fame 2014’ as a cricket player & coach.

  • Animal Control Commissioner for the City of San Bernardino.

  • California Legislature and the City of Compton for his 30 years of dedicated work & efforts with Gang Diversion programs in Los Angeles and Compton.

KHARY STANLEY-

CEO & INVESTIGATOR

     *Masters Degree in Business Management

     *NRA Certified Firearms Instructor

KHARY STANLEY- Director of Public Relations, has an extensive career in criminal justice, much like his father Mustafa. As a illumine of Fresno State with a Bachelor’s in Criminology & Corrections as well as having his Master’s Degree in Business Management, from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), Khary has actively advocated for justice in his community well over 30 years and counting.

Understanding the dynamics of private/public protection and its necessity in today’s time, Khary has leveraged his expertise as a seasoned logistic & security detail manager, private detail coordinator, crowd control, and safety perimeter development; to win multiple high-profile clients within his career. Additionally, Khary’s portfolio of experiences include having military training, hand to hand combat training, concealed weapons permit State of California license as a Private Investigator.

 

The above mentioned has afforded him the opportunity to develop professional relationships country wide, of high-level security/protection assignments such as, international transportation and delivery of over 20k inmates for Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE).

GEORGE STEPHEN THORNTON-
Field Manager  (Investigation)

GEORGE STEPHEN THORNTON, Field Manger, As a valuable member of Confidential Matters INC.  Mr. Thornton brings a value that cannot be matched. Amongst his highly decorated clean record as a “Los Angeles County Panel Investigator,” he provides resources and relationship management in law enforcement, crime scene investigation and preventable catastrophe. He’s known for finding potential safety risk & oversight specifically in large event arenas.

Additionally, he manages and oversees all forensic related maters as it relates to crime solving.

George worked as Los Angeles County Panel Investigator for twenty-four years without reprimand of any kind. As a subject matter expert on all things forensic investigation, George has been involved on over 30 cases of death allegation where only 2 cases had results of guilty.

Areas of special training are to include, but are not limited to:

  • Homicide, Fingerprint, and crime scene processing, including photography,

  • FBI area 12 assignment training staff.

  • Prepared prose novella for publication entitled “Practice and Methodology” in Fingerprint

  • Led analysis in an urban environment

  • Investigations in Arson, robbery, kidnap, sexual assault.

  • Ran lab for audio/video production and codec transferring of recorded media for real time

  • Managed 300+ verifiable appointed upper level felony cases.

Point of information and contact between private sector companies, Unions, and Local Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Emergency Services, Terrorist Liaison Officers, and personnel at the (JRIC) Joint Regional Intelligence Center. (ILO’s) specifically, train vetted members of the private sector to recognize and report real, and suspected threats to the United States High-rise Infrastructure for an immediate response and resolution from the (JRIC).
